Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes. The caregiver will support clients’ physical and emotional well-being by providing personal care, companionship, and help with household tasks, enabling them to live safely and comfortably.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility support, including transfers and walking assistance
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if needed
